 In view of the upcoming Tamil Nadu Assembly elections, we are issuing this statement to clarify our voting stance for the general public, especially the Brahmin community, General Castes (GC), middle-class families, and the tax-paying community.

Regarding Chennai Constituencies:
In Chennai, we recommend that voters support the TVK party. While the party extended greetings for Thai as the Tamil New Year but did not convey wishes for Chithirai New Year—which is traditionally observed as the Tamil New Year—this is a matter of concern. However, we believe this can be addressed through dialogue with the TVK leadership.

Regarding Other Constituencies:
In constituencies outside Chennai where the BJP is contesting, voters may support BJP candidates. Although there are certain concerns regarding EWS policies, UGC-related laws, reservation politics, and minority appeasement, we believe that necessary changes can be brought about. If not, voters always have the option to make a decisive change in the 2029 elections.

Support for Seeman:
It is important that Mr. Seeman’s voice is heard in the Legislative Assembly. Therefore, we request voters to extend full support to him in the constituency where he is contesting. At the same time, we express our regret that Mr. Annamalai has not been fielded to represent in the Assembly.

Voting Approach in Other Constituencies:
In other constituencies, voters may choose between DMK or AIADMK candidates based on the ground situation and the merit of individual candidates.

Regarding NOTA:
We request voters not to opt for NOTA, as it does not provide any tangible benefit and only serves to divide votes.

Our Commitment:
Our tireless efforts will continue for the upliftment of underprivileged and EWS families, especially the Brahmin community, General Castes (GC), middle-class families, and the tax-paying community.

மற்ற தொகுதிகள் குறித்து:
சென்னையைத் தவிர்த்து பிற தொகுதிகளில், பாஜக போட்டியிடும் இடங்களில் பாஜக வேட்பாளர்களுக்கு வாக்களிக்கலாம். EWS, UGC தொடர்பான சட்டங்கள், ஒதுக்கீட்டு அரசியல் மற்றும் சிறுபான்மை சார்ந்த அரசியல் போன்ற விஷயங்களில் சில கருத்து வேறுபாடுகள் இருந்தாலும், அவற்றில் மாற்றத்தை கொண்டு வர முடியும் என்ற நம்பிக்கை இருக்கிறது. இல்லையெனில், 2029 தேர்தலில் மாற்று முடிவுகளை எடுக்க முடியும்.

சீமான் அவர்களுக்கு ஆதரவு:
சீமான் அவர்களின் குரல் சட்டமன்றத்தில் ஒலிக்க வேண்டியது அவசியம் என்பதால், அவர் போட்டியிடும் தொகுதியில் அவருக்கு முழுமையான ஆதரவு வழங்குமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறோம். அதே சமயம், அண்ணாமலை அவர்களின் குரலும் சட்டமன்றத்தில் ஒலித்திருக்க வேண்டுமெனும் வருத்தத்தையும் பதிவு செய்கிறோம்.

😡 Stop Abuse 👉 Strict action against caste-based hate speech targeting Brahmins and GC communities, especially on social media

😡 Temples 👉 Free Hindu temples from government control and ensure devotee-led administration

👉 Establish a Temple Priests Welfare Board with financial security, dignity, and protection (on par with government employees)

😡 GC Council 👉 Establish a GC Welfare Council for proper representation and grievance redressal

😡 Reservation 👉 Promote merit-based and economic-based policies instead of caste-based discrimination.

👉 Reservation provisions should not be extended indefinitely in their current form; move towards a time-bound, transparent system aligned with economic criteria like EWS rather than permanent caste-based quotas

😡 Government Schemes 👉 Ensure inclusion of economically poor GC families in all welfare schemes

😡 Ease of Living 👉 Comprehensive governance reforms to improve citizens’ ease of living (simplified and fair IT, GST, and toll systems; faster justice delivery; accountability in police and government offices; zero tolerance for bribery; and citizen-friendly enforcement without harassment for minor violations)

I express my heartfelt gratitude to all the kind-hearted people who voted for the Brahmin (GC) Political Party on the Diamond symbol, to the leader and General Secretary who gave me this opportunity, and to all the administrators, relatives, friends, and colleagues who stood by me in support.

I also extend my sincere thanks to everyone—both known and unknown—who worked hard for this.

It is shocking that a reputed brand like Havells is associating with a personality who has publicly made a statement like:

“I will urinate on Brahmins… any problem?”

This remark, made by filmmaker Anurag Kashyap during an online exchange, triggered nationwide outrage, police complaints, and legal proceedings. Though an apology was later issued, the statement reflects a deeply insensitive and divisive mindset.

Brands carry responsibility. When they choose ambassadors, they also choose the values they stand for.

Does Havells endorse such language against any community?

We strongly object to this association and urge Havells to reconsider and clarify its stand.

We are escalating this issue to the Chairman of Havells, and a formal notice will be sent from our end shortly.

Respect for all communities is non-negotiable. 

Reservation, originally expected to expire in 1960, has been extended through 125+ amendments and is now set to expire in 2030. If not challenged now, it will continue indefinitely without accountability, becoming a political vote-bank tool.

I am planning to initiate a Supreme Court legal challenge to bring clarity, fairness, and constitutional balance.

In late 2018–2019, BJP lost key state elections — Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra, and later Jharkhand.

A clear message emerged: General Category (GC) voters were drifting away.

With the 2019 Lok Sabha election just months away, BJP played a decisive masterstroke — 10% EWS Reservation for Economically Weaker Sections among General Category.

📌 Result?

BJP secured 303 seats in 2019 — the highest ever tally in BJP’s history.

There is no denying this truth: GC vote consolidation + EWS promise mattered.

But today, 7 years later, the reality is shocking 👇

❌ EWS is NOT implemented fully in nearly 60% of States & UTs

❌ Even several BJP-ruled states are defaulting

❌ No visible pressure from the Centre on non-compliant states

If a Constitutional Amendment passed by Parliament can be casually ignored by states for 7 long years, what message does it send?

👉 Was EWS a genuine reform

👉 Or merely an election-time appeasement stunt?

These are nation-building communities, not vote banks to be remembered only during elections.

then enforce EWS fully — now, not later.

⚠️ Important Information About Reservation ⚠️

There is no evidence of any historical exclusion. Many who were once rulers and kings are today categorized as MBC, SC, or ST. Reservation introduced by B. R. Ambedkar in 1950 was meant to last only for 10 years, with the expectation that it would automatically end in 1960. However, politicians have made more than 125 amendments to extend it, turning it into a political tool for vote-bank politics. The next expiry year for reservation is 2030.
